Job DetailsJob Location: Saint Albans, VT 05478Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlySIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000.00 sign on bonus to be paid out at designated times.  The Parent Child Center at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is looking for dedicated Early Childhood Specialists to support families with young children through home visits and mental health consultation. In this role, you’ll provide prevention services and offer emotional and behavioral support to caregivers, helping children thrive both at home and in childcare settings. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) Knowledge of child development and/or parenting Previous experience in home visiting, childcare, or mental health is a plus—but not required!
