What You'll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive. Current Shifts Include: 8a-8p and includes Saturday. Shift is 8p-8a Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday.What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred Requirements: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation At NCSS, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes perks such as medical and dental coverage, an employer-matched retirement plan, and educational support.
