Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is currently hiring for our Supported Independent Living Program (SILP) a residential program supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. We’re seeking a dedicated team member to work Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekend availability is essential. Key Responsibilities: Fostering a therapeutic, supportive, and stable environment in both residential and community settings Providing person-centered, strength-based interventions tailored to individual needs Supporting daily living skills, including preparing and cooking meals Administering medications as directed Transporting clients to appointments and community activities What We’re Looking For: Experience in residential programs or working with individuals with mental health challenges Strong communication and organizational skills A warm, compassionate personality and a team-oriented mindset A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to transport clients We believe in the power of human connection and the importance of supporting one another.
