Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the overall strategy and implementation of the company’s corporate and field initiatives. The Sr. HR Coordinator is responsible for positively promoting NFP’s brand strategy and implementing standard methodologies both within and outside the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed when applicable in a timely and caring manner.
  • Explore employees’ needs by email and work with others in the HR team to help educate on relevant employment policies, programs and practices.
  • Take ownership in the employee experience and contribute directly to the company culture for all employees.
  • Obsess over the customer experience in every interaction while balancing the needs of the employee.
  • Generate a variety of HR reports, maintenance of organizational work charts and other related activities as assigned.
  • Handle various processes associated with the facilitation of having invoices properly processed.
  • Assist where applicable the gathering of necessary information associated with the HR budget.
  • Work very closely with the Chief People Officer for Field Human Resources as well as other members of HR team out in the field.
  • Assist Chief People Officer with managing their calendar as well as coordinating meetings with multiple people.
  • Take ownership with projects that are assigned by their Leader and have the ability to work with a variety of co-workers within the HR Department as well as external to the HR Department.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in the type of work we do.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet a must.
  • Prior experience with HRIS system preferred.
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor degree in a related discipline a plus.
  • 3-4 years related experience which includes Human Resources Coordination and Administrative support.
  • Ability to make a personal connection over email and explore employee needs all while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and relevant data to deliver employee support.
  • Highly organized individual who is meticulous with details.
  • Not afraid to ask for help and support to ensure accuracy and high quality outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $52,600 – $84,200. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
