Welder Fabricator

The welder fabricator position involves working with metal and other materials to create components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and experience with welding, with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to create structural components
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metals (basic to intermediate level)
• Operate tools and machinery including saws, grinders, and presses
• Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic welding skills (MIG and/or TIG preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and tape measures accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication machinery
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
• Must be a US Person
• Welding certification (not required, but a plus)
• Experience working with steel, aluminum, or stainless materials preferred
• Basic familiarity with precision measuring equipment preferred
