DBA Audi Exchange St. Charles looking to add an Apprentice Technician to our excellent team of professionals. What we offer you: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.00-$21.00 per hour (actual pay rate will vary depending on qualifications, experience, and certifications) Medical, dental, and vision insurance for all full time employees Optional voluntary benefits for all full time employees (Short term disability, long term disability, accident, critical illness, life) 401k and Roth retirement savings options State of the art facility Supportive management team 5 days of PTO (for full time employees, available to use after 90 days of employment) for the first year of employment, earning more paid time off with each subsequent year of work What you'll do for us: Train alongside a skilled journeyman technician Perform basic and routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing Accurately complete the multi-point inspection for each vehicle Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when they were brought in Participate in manufacturer sponsored training programs and schools Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary Maintain shop cleanliness QualificationsWhat you'll offer us: High school diploma required 21 years of age Trade school or working towards a degree in Automotive Technology Experience working for an automotive dealership
