Typical Timeline to Management:

4-6 weeks Crew - Learn the basics!

3 weeks Crew Trainer class and practice – Become the trainer!

12-15 weeks Management candidate interview, background check, classes, practice

Final step: Running a shift yourself and getting Certified as a McDonald's Manager*
