We are seeking a skilled, motivated Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at our new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and lunchroom, delivering fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals daily.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and prepare a variety of meals, including healthy entrees, salads, and grab-and-go options
- Ensure food is prepared on time and meets all health and safety standards
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Retains temperature logs
- Follow all state and local food and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain, clean and sanitize your workstation
- Monitor food costs
- Prepare catering for special events and/or provide supervision to outside caterers during events
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or relevant hospitality/food preparation experience preferred
- Experienced Dietitian a plus
- Knowledge of healthy, nutritious cuisines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be a U.S. Person
