You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

 

Brief Summary of Duties

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedule meetings, track action items, and maintain project plans.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, risk registers, change requests, and status reports. Prepare dashboards and executive updates.
  • Testing and Deployment Support: Coordinate testing activities, deployment schedules, training, and go-live support.
  • A typical day may include reviewing project boards for new tasks, updating risk registers, drafting weekly status reports, preparing agendas for testing or UAT sessions, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress. This ensures that the project manager has an accurate picture of the project’s status and that deliverables remain on track.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Experience and/or Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders including clear structure and main point communication.
  • Has the ability to bridge the gap between vague and abstract ideas and produce clear, concise documentation and verbal explanations for any business need.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple IT initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience using computer software such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Organizational Skills – Prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines 
  • Adaptability – Adjusting to changing requirements and priorities 

 

Experience and/or Education Preferred

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as; Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to analyze project data and produce reports.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Creating and maintaining project documents, meeting regulatory standards
  • Problem‑Solving – Resolving issues quickly and effectively
