This position requires the ability to travel domestically, as needed, for both internal and external audits.Â
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain with the process owners ISO9000 / IATF 16949 required documentation including interested party requirements for the Corporate Business Management System (BMS).
- Implement standardization for FD Corporate and each facility
- Train the organization on the Fisher Dynamics Business Management System documented procedures and customer-specific requirements.Â
- Schedules and conducts internal audits for support facilities, reports to facility management team findings and potential improvements and maintains the records in PLEXÂ
- Works with the certification bodies to negotiate ongoing contracts, scheduling and completion of external audits and uploading required information to the IATF CARA System.
- Organize and schedule management review meetings for all U.S. facilities.
- Collect data for the Key Process Indicators (KPI) and objectives and report performance of the BMS to the management teams.
- Manage corrective and preventive action reporting for internal and external assessments.
- Knowledgeable of CQI special process assessment requirements and annual scheduling for completion as required.
- Fisher Dynamics representative for customer-specific audits and special assessments.
- Supervises the Environmental Representative and assists with maintenance of the EMS and (external and internal) as required.
- Review of customer websites and bulletins and IATF standards to ensure changes and/or new requirements are understood, communicated throughout the organization and updates to documented processes implemented, as required.
- Monthly download of customer scorecards and customer satisfaction reports.Â
- Review of updates to Engineering specifications and impact to current systems/ programs, as required.
- Train internal auditors to support certifications obtained, as required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent training/experience, Certified Lead auditor and Supplier Auditor Certification for IATF 16949
Experience
5+ years of experience acting as corporate lead for ISO-9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 Certified Storm Water Operator (preferred)
Skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
Knowledge of Quality Core Tools
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Work Environment
Office work environment. Must be able to walk production floor as needed for audits.Â
