The Manager Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic is responsible for the leadership, development, operation, and management of an American Diabetes Association (ADA)–certified diabetes program. Provides strategic direction and cross-functional leadership to ensure high-quality diabetes self‑management education and support services. Oversees Endocrine Nursing staff and Diabetes Educators. Collaborates closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient- and family-centered care across all age groups and diverse backgrounds.
This role functions with a high level of autonomy while partnering with healthcare professionals to drive program excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement. The position promotes evidence-based practice, research participation, patient safety, and professional growth through ongoing education and engagement in professional organizations.

- Day shift | 8am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $94,390.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range:Â $94,390.40 - $141,585.60 per hour
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or nutrition; master's preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position and/or demonstrated leadership ability
- Minimum of 3-5 years progressive leadership experience required
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and/or Advanced Diabetes Management (ADM-BC) Certificate required within 2 years from date of hire
- Current Licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Minnesota or Registered Nurse in the State of MN required
- Outpatient medical clinic experience preferred
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills in team development, goal and objective setting, cross functional and matrix leadership and financial management
