In This Role, You Will
- Deliver evidenceābased primaryĀ and family care, includingĀ assessment, diagnosis, treatment,Ā and management ofĀ acuteĀ and chronic conditions
- Provide both in-personĀ and virtual visits (from the clinic)Ā toĀ support positive patient health outcomes
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of injuriesĀ and illnesses,Ā and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
- Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management,Ā and preventive health screenings
- Complete essential clinic operations including inventory management, clinicĀ opening/closing, patient followāup, insurance verification,Ā and payment collection
- SupportĀ aĀ safeĀ and efficient care environment through routine examinationsĀ and timely patientĀ appointment management
Required Qualifications
For Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- One year of NP experience preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing
- AbilityĀ toĀ provide holistic, evidenceābased care including counseling relatedĀ toĀ pregnancy prevention, STI prevention,Ā and safer sex practices
- AbilityĀ toĀ order/administer vaccinesĀ and injections (COVIDā19, influenza, TB testing, DepoāProvera, etc.)
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment
- Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AbilityĀ toĀ passĀ aĀ respirator FIT test
- Physical presenceĀ atĀ assigned clinic required
Physical Requirements
- AbilityĀ toĀ perform duties involving prolonged standing, walking, bending,Ā and reaching
- AbilityĀ toĀ perform Basic Life Support
For PhysicianĀ Associates (PAs)
- Prior PA experience preferred; qualified new graduates considered
- Master of Science in PhysicianĀ Assistant/Associate Studies, or healthārelated masterās degree plus Bachelor of Science in PA Studies
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active, unrestricted state PA/PhysicianĀ Associate license (or eligibilityĀ toĀ obtain upon hire)
- AbilityĀ toĀ provide holistic, evidenceābased care including counseling relatedĀ toĀ pregnancy prevention, STI prevention,Ā and safer sex practices
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record
- Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if less than one year of provider experience; preferred but not required)
- Experience conducting patientĀ assessmentsĀ and exercising sound clinical decisionāmaking inĀ aĀ virtual care environment
- Familiarity with digital healthĀ toolsĀ and virtual communication technologies
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$41.85 - $90.13This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Ā The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Ā This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Ā
