Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Technician

Experience Level: 5 plus years of experience
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Problem solve tenants concerns
- Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance maintenance, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct routine and preventative inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Communicate escalated maintenance issues to management.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Physical agility to navigate stairs, ladders, and outdoor environments
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Ability twist at shoulders and waist
- Ability to reach overhead
- Ability to crouch low
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
