We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Orientation & Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team at CentraCare! In this role, you will: collaborate closely with various Revenue Cycle leaders, subject matter experts, and system-wide stakeholders to perform needs analyses and design curricula; develop learning deliverables (synchronous, asynchronous, live and virtual); address logistical needs of training system-wide; facilitate in both direct instruction and train-the-trainer programs; and utilize methods to evaluate program success. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in: conveying our company's culture, policies, and procedures to new employees; developing and delivering technical training tailored to various roles and departments within Revenue Cycle; and ensuring alignment with organizational goals for process improvement and standardization.
Primary functions include development, oversight, delivery, and evaluation of Revenue Cycle orientation and six-month comprehensive technical onboarding programs to ensure successful achievement of both standardized and site-based Core Competencies.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Hybrid of in-office and remote work; occasional travel to other CentraCare sites needed
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $49,420.80 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $49,420.80 - $74,131.20 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2 years experience in onboarding, training, or human resources, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience in curriculum design or instructional design.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and retention programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content and programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
