As the Supervisor, Shelter Operations, you will play a key leadership role in launching and shaping a brand-new program from the ground up. This is an opportunity to build culture, support staff development, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can focus on wellness, stability, and permanent housing. You will provide daily operational leadership within a 24-hour shelter environment while supervising and developing a team of approximately 6-15 Resident Advocates. Founding Leadership Opportunity: Help establish the culture, operations, and participant experience of Avivo Village Central Minnesota from day one. Schedule Requirement: This position is scheduled to work Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 PM-10:30 PM. Applicants must be able to work this schedule.
