About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing automotive shop team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling warranty paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
•  Schedule service appointments efficiently
•  Assist customers with warranty claims and submit necessary paperwork
•  Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns
•  Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth operations
•  Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
•  Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus (automotive experience preferred but not required)
•  Strong communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional on the phone
•  Comfortable with computers and basic software (appointment systems, email, etc.)
•  Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•  Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
•  Reliable transportation and punctuality
What We Offer:
•  Competitive hourly pay: $15–$18 per hour
•  5 days a week, no weekends
•  Vacation and Sick time accrues after 90 days

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Bi-Lingual a plusÂ
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredÂ
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
