Gerry in 1968 and has grown to one of the largest independent tire dealerships in the country. Pete’s currently operates 22 full-service locations in New England, a state-of-the art Distribution Center, 3 Bandag retread facilities, employs in excess of 300 people, and operates a fleet of over 100 service and delivery vehicles. Today, approximately 90% of our business is in the commercial truck tire and related markets. Pete's services everything from a wheelbarrow tire up to an earthmover tire. Requirements: •   Responsible for matching supplier credits with internal documents and processes accordingly •   Answer a high volume of calls and emails •   Handle various administrative tasks to include billing, sorting incoming and outgoing correspondence •   Be first point of contact for customers •   Schedule service on the road and in the shop •   Assists stores in processing/acquiring documents •   Provide administrative support to the Store Manager and Sales Representative as needed •   Work with other office support staff and stores to resolve issues •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills •   Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills •   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •   Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to self-schedule •   Ability to prospect new business, form an action plan, and successfully execute it •   Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment •   Proficient with usage of computers, smart phones, and tablets •   Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently What We Offer: •   Health Insurance •   Dental Insurance •   401k – Pete’s match .25% up to 6% employee contribution •   Vacation – 2 weeks •   15k Life Insurance – additional coverage may be purchased •   Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  Physical Demands: This role is required to sit, walk and talk or hear.
