Job Description


The Support Specialist - Level I assists clients through established communication channels to address client inquiries, ensure timely responses, and maintain service quality. The position supports team initiatives by participating in routine collaboration activities and contributing to foundational content creation tasks.


Responsibilities


  • Offer timely and professional support to clients via phone and Intercom, ensuring a clear understanding of their questions and concerns.
  • Apply standard procedures to address inquiries, seeking guidance from supervisors or senior team members when needed.
  • Help maintain positive client relationships by consistently delivering courteous, solution-oriented service.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on content creation tasks and knowledge-sharing activities that improve the customer support process.
  • Contribute to a supportive team atmosphere by staying open to feedback, being willing to learn, and offering help to colleagues as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, including documenting steps in understandable terms
  • Experience with Salesforce and Intercom preferred
  • An empathetic, positive approach to customer interactions, driven by a genuine desire to help customers reach their goals and feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Basic technical skills with curiosity and a desire to learn new software products and offerings


This is a full-time remote position located in the United States. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.


Benefits & Compensation


  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000-$50,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 
  • The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
