Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.Â
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight AttendantsÂ
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volumeÂ
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalitiesÂ
- Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changesÂ
- Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operationÂ
Minimum Requirements
SkyWest Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with an interest in the airline industry who have the following traits Â
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Exceptional customer service skillsÂ
- Desktop PC/Computer experience requiredÂ
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environmentÂ
- Able to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Bring a passion and ability to find solutionsÂ
- Outstanding listening and critical thinking skillsÂ
- People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitudeÂ
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)Â
- A desire to learn and a commitment to professional developmentÂ
- Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendanceÂ
- Provide a 18 month commitment to the positionÂ
- Call center or related experience a plus

- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
