About the Role:

Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Soda Crush in St. George, UT is looking for an energetic and hardworking Pit Crew member to join our team! If you love great food, great people, and a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you. Come be part of a crew that takes BBQ seriously and has a blast doing it.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve Dickey's signature barbecue menu items and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy
Operate the counter, cash register, and point-of-sale system to process customer orders
Craft and assemble Soda Crush beverages to order specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen
Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service to every guest
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
