This position is responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to contribute to the organization's mission of fighting hunger statewide. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors and donors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression. - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments, providing accurate information and assistance. - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized at all times. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, coordinating with relevant departments for efficient distribution. - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining an organized calendar for the office. - Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records as needed. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations. - Provide assistance and information to staff members as required, contributing to a collaborative work environment. - Uphold the values and mission of Utah Food Bank, demonstrating commitment to serving the community and addressing food insecurity. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. - Experience working in a non-profit organization or similar environment is preferred.
