Job Description:
- Schedule patient doctor and other appointments
- Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle
- Transport patients to/from doctor, other appointments
- Potentially supervise a part-time driver.

Requirements:
- 25+ years of age
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs. to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet
- CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification preferred
- Current driver's license, clean driving record
- High School Diploma
- Prior driver experience is desired but not required
- Reliable, organized
- Great attitude
- Love to work with geriatric people!
