Description

Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Landscape Construction/Hardscapes Crew Member to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform site preparation, grading, leveling, and excavation
Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
Help complete landscaping and hardscaping projects
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Landscaping, excavation, or construction experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Working Conditions:

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold. Some weekends may be required.
