What You Will Do

We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production goals through effective maintenance execution.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager (or Plant Engineering Manager, as applicable), this position oversees maintenance technicians and plays a critical role in achieving plant performance, safety, quality, and productivity objectives. Success in this role directly impacts equipment reliability, production capacity, and overall operational excellence.

What Does Success Look Like

  • Drive equipment reliability and plant performance through proactive maintenance strategies and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Manage key maintenance KPIs including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and preventive maintenance completion rates.

  • Support and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce downtime.

  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

  • Lead continuous improvement and business process initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase equipment availability.

  • Develop and coach maintenance team members through performance management, training, and employee development programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to support production requirements and improve plant performance.

What We Look For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field; equivalent maintenance leadership experience may be considered.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience leading maintenance teams supporting automated production equipment and facility systems.

  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Previous experience supporting highly automated manufacturing equipment.

  • Certification in Maintenance & Reliability (CMRP) or related field.

Preferred

  • Proven experience managing maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.

  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and TPM methodologies.

  • Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance.

Software / Technical Skills

  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to analyze maintenance data and equipment performance metrics.
