Pay is $21.65 and is paid weekly!

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining inventory in inventory tracking system, performing usage analysis, keeping parts room clean and orderly, dispensing parts and tools to maintenance personnel as needed, identifying and monitoring parts flow by parts numbers, releasing purchase requisitions to plant maintenance manager or purchasing supervisor for approval, receiving all maintenance parts, signing vendor tickets, filling out receiving reports for accounts payable, delivering parts to maintenance personnel for particular job, stocking inventory in parts room and printing documentation on inventory replenishment; other duties as assigned.

Daily Duties:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and inventory maintenance supplies, including handling items up to 60 lbs (PJ/PIT Operation).
  • Track production supplies and fittings using a spreadsheet.
  • Record parts usage on the checkout sheet daily.

Shipping and Stocking:

  • Prepare small packages and freight for shipments, handling items up to 60 lbs.
  • Stock production supplies from the upstairs storeroom, with items up to 60 lbs.

SAP Operations:

  • Receive and issue parts daily in SAP (PJ/PIT Operation).

Communication and Maintenance:

  • Communicate shift issues via email as needed.
  • Sweep storeroom and dock area monthly.

Other Duties: Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience required
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required; must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Special Skills: Knowledge of parts and tools used in a plant; ability to prioritize work.

  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

• Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)
• No written warning in the past six (6) months
• No suspension on record for the last 12 months
