The Senior Physician Communications Specialist develops and manages communication and engagement strategies that strengthen connections between employed physicians, caregivers, and organizational leadership. This role is responsible for creating clear, effective communication, supporting physician and caregiver engagement initiatives, coordinating new provider onboarding and marketing communications, and fostering relationships that promote alignment, satisfaction, and retention. The position collaborates closely with clinical leaders, caregiver engagement teams, marketing, physician recruitment, and operational partners to ensure communications are timely, meaningful, and aligned with organizational goals.
