About the Role:

The Associate - Warehouse plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, contributing directly to the overall supply chain effectiveness. This position involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods with accuracy and timeliness to meet organizational demands. The associate will collaborate closely with team members to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and optimize warehouse processes. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts with valid certification.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment center.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to verify contents and condition.
  • Organize and store inventory systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and maintain warehouse orderliness.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve warehouse processes and meet operational goals.
