Good with people? North Rising Star is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Minneapolis team.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for people who enjoy interacting with others and want to build experience in a busy, team-focused environment.
Full training is provided, so we're interested in what you can bring to the role - not simply how much experience is already on your résumé.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers at retail and event locations across the Minneapolis area.
You'll help create a positive customer experience by:
- Engaging with customers face-to-face
- Introducing current campaigns and providing relevant information
- Answering questions and helping customers understand their options
- Identifying interest and supporting the sales process
- Building rapport with a wide range of people
- Contributing toward individual and team goals
