North Rising Star is expanding and we're looking for an Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing Minneapolis team. This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll gain practical experience representing client campaigns at live events and retail locations while developing valuable communication and leadership skills.

Full training is provided, so we're looking for attitude and enthusiasm rather than previous experience.

About the Position

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll become part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns across the Minneapolis area.

You'll help create engaging experiences for members of the public while representing a variety of commercial and nonprofit campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

Represent client campaigns at retail venues, community events, and promotional locations.
Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
Build awareness for products, services, or charitable initiatives.
Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information.
Assist customers and supporters through the registration, sign-up, or purchasing process where appropriate.
Work closely with your team to achieve campaign objectives.
Continuously develop your communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
