North Rising Star is expanding and we're looking for an enthusiastic In-Store Sales Assistant to join our growing team. About the Role

As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns from retail locations throughout the Minneapolis area. You'll engage with customers, build relationships, and help create a positive experience while introducing them to products, services, or charitable initiatives.

This is a customer-facing role where no two days are exactly the same.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client campaigns in a professional and engaging manner.
Welcome and interact with customers inside retail locations.
Build rapport through confident, face-to-face communication.
Explain campaign information clearly and answer customer questions.
Support customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where appropriate.
Work alongside your team to achieve campaign goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
