North Rising Star is expanding in St. Louis Park and looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our full-time team.

What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll support our customer acquisition campaigns and help create engaging, positive experiences for customers.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Speak with customers and learn about their needs
- Introduce relevant products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and provide clear information
- Support sales and new customer acquisition
- Build rapport and deliver a positive customer experience
- Develop strong knowledge of current campaigns
- Work alongside your team to achieve performance goals
- Maintain a professional approach throughout each interaction
