North Rising Star is growing our team in St. Louis Park and hiring a full-time Sales Associate. You’ll work directly with customers, represent the brands and campaigns we partner with, and develop practical skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of job. It’s social, hands-on, and built for someone who likes staying busy and interacting with people.

What You’ll Get Involved In

Meet and engage with customers in person
Introduce customers to current products, services, and promotions
Learn how to understand customer needs and recommend the right options
Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
Work alongside your team toward daily and weekly sales goals
Learn the ins and outs of our campaigns and client brands
Take part in regular coaching and development
Build skills that can lead to greater responsibility within the team
