Job Summary:
Join our compassionate and collaborative team as an Assistant Team Leader, where you will play a critical role in supporting clinical excellence, staff development, and high‑quality service delivery. In this role, you will assist with clinical supervision, support onboarding and training, monitor quality and performance outcomes, and collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, effective service delivery, and continuous improvement across the program.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports through regular supervision meetings and field observations
· Support onboarding processes for new team members, including orientation, training plans, and development coaching
· Monitor clinical documentation and service notes to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with treatment plans
· Provide ongoing feedback and support performance improvement during supervision sessions
· Track and evaluate team performance related to access, efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability
· Monitor service delivery processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement
· Review outcomes against treatment plans to support continuous improvement
· Accompany staff in the field to provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation
· Promote recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed, and culturally competent service delivery
· Facilitate communication and share key updates from meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives
· Support coordination of care across teams, departments, and external providers
· Participate in on‑call rotation and provide crisis intervention support as needed
· Assist with service scheduling, utilization review, and treatment planning oversight
· Address critical incidents, grievances, and reporting requirements per policy
· Monitor staff training compliance, time records, and performance evaluations
· Attend and contribute to agency‑wide meetings, training, and quality improvement efforts
· Serve as back‑up leader in the absence of a Clinical Supervisor
· Perform other duties as assigned by program leadership

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a social service‑related field, and a
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a social services or behavioral health setting

Additional Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
· Must have access to a personal vehicle for business use
· Ability to provide effective supervision, coaching, and staff development
· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Ability to analyze data and monitor outcomes to support performance improvement
· Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
· Must complete required training including Med Tech, First Aid, and CPR as applicable

Physical Requirements
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
· Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
