Summary/Objective
The Director of Strategic Growth & Infrastructure is a senior leadership position responsible for advancing PPCS's long-term growth, financial sustainability, and infrastructure capacity. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads strategic initiatives that expand organizational impact, strengthen facilities and capital assets, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Development, the Director helps align major gift cultivation, capital campaigns, donor engagement, and funding opportunities with PPCS's strategic priorities. The position also provides leadership for facilities and infrastructure planning, ensuring organizational assets support service expansion, maximize operational efficiency, and reduce long-term costs.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth, Major Gifts & Advancement Collaboration
- Partner with the Senior Director of Development to align fundraising strategies with organizational growth and infrastructure priorities.
- Support major donor cultivation, stewardship, and capital campaign initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and securing major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundation support, and other strategic funding opportunities.
- Develop compelling cases for support tied to facility improvements, expansion projects, and mission growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, donors, and strategic partners to advance PPCS's impact and sustainability.
Facilities & Infrastructure Leadership
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Facilities Team.
- Develop and implement long-term facilities and capital improvement plans that support organizational growth.
- Lead facility expansion, renovation, and modernization projects.
- Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and effectively while supporting client services and staff productivity.
- Identify opportunities to increase capacity, improve asset utilization, and reduce operating costs through strategic planning and efficiency initiatives.
- Manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and other project partners.
- Maintain capital improvement and asset replacement plans that protect and strengthen organizational investments.
Leadership & Organizational Impact
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on growth opportunities, capital investments, major gift opportunities, and infrastructure planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and mission impact.
- Support PPCS's efforts to expand its footprint, increase community impact, and strengthen long-term financial stability.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, stewardship, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience in nonprofit leadership, operations, project management, or systems coordination.Â
- Demonstrated success leading complex, time‑sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders.Â

Work Environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work across multiple PPCS sites.Â
- Regular interaction with guests experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or crisis situations.Â
- Occasional evening, weekend, or on‑call support depending on organizational needs.
