Core Properties is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team, including two business owners, Financial Controller, and Transaction Coordinator. This is not your typical administrative role—you'll be a key partner helping drive multiple growing businesses within the real estate industry. What You'll Do

As Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:

  • Managing executive calendars, communications, and priorities
  • Coordinating real estate transactions and keeping property closings on schedule
  • Working with title companies and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing email correspondence and client communications
  • Maintaining and organizing CRM databases and company records
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and tracking lead performance
  • Assisting with social media management across multiple platforms
  • Scheduling meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company functions
  • Preparing reports, presentations, research, and business documents
  • Supporting special projects as needed

  • Proficiency in AI or willingness to learn & implement into everyday operations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
