Essential Functions:

  • •Evaluates, reviews, recommends, creates, implements, updates, and maintains information management related systems. 

  • •Maintains and monitors customer system access.  Collaborates with developers, technical staff and partners.

  • •Assesses information flow for workflow analysis and planning. 

  • •Works closely with staff to perform records and information management functions within related information management systems. 

  • •Supports initiatives and customers in information reviews and updates. 

  • •Assess, analyze and correct data according to best practices and standards. 

  • •Provides status reports to the IG Manager regularly.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • •Performs related work as required or as delegated by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience:

  • •BA degree, including specialized courses in information management, business law, or information systems, from a recognized college or university and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in records and information management systems/applications implementation, maintenance and administration, including customer support.

  • •Communicates well based the audience and required method. CRM/CRA, ERMs/ERMm, CAPM or other related certifications is a plus.


Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • •Understanding of ARMA Int's GARP, US DOD 5015.02, ISO 15489, and other relevant RIM industry guidelines; strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills;

  • •Ability to appropriately handle highly sensitive information;

  • •Proficient in MS365 environment, enterprise content management, records handling, imaging and emerging technologies.

Special Requirement:

Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the employee resides.
