 Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC and other repairs
- Perform painting (full units, touch-ups, prep work)
- Handle make-readies and unit turns
- Maintain property appearance and cleanliness
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Multi-family maintenance experience required
- Painting experience required
- Make-ready experience preferred
- EPA certification required
- CPO certifications a plus
- On-call availability required
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance required
