Reimagine What’s Possible 



Due to our St. Louis expansion, we still a have a few positions available for Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location.

In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will have the following responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements

  • Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes

  • Raw material handling and preparation of batch mixtures

  • Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality

  • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements

  • Maintain records such as product inspection & process monitoring logs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong, consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical repairs, or other hands-on roles preferred

  • Experience working with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and maintain dependable attendance

  • General knowledge of Windows PC environment

  • Basic mechanical skills

  • Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspections

  • Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures

Work Hours and Pay:

  • Starting Pay: $26.55 per hour

12-hour fixed shift (2-3-2 schedule rotation – 36/48-hour workweeks)
Positions are assigned to either day shift or night shift at hire and do not rotate between shifts.

  • Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Night shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

  • You must be available to work a day shift for 1–3 months during training, then you will move to your permanent shift.

  • Must be available to work nights.
