Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across B2B marketing and sales efforts in the HVAC/OEM space. Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Strategic Data Analysis & ForecastingÂ
Support marketing and sales forecasting (pipeline, revenue, demand generation trends)Â
Analyze historical data to identify patterns and inform growth strategyÂ
Assist in building models for lead flow, conversion rates, and revenue projectionsÂ
Translate business goals into measurable KPIs and track performance against targetsÂ
Market Intelligence & AnalyticsÂ
Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-makingÂ
Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growthÂ
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve performanceÂ
Reporting & DashboardingÂ
Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel)Â
Automate recurring reports for marketing and sales leadershipÂ
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systemsÂ

Work within CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Â

QualificationsÂ
Education & ExperienceÂ
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related fieldÂ
2–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role (industrial, manufacturing, or HVACR industry experience preferred)Â
Skills & CompetenciesÂ
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionÂ
Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Â
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Â
