Registered Nurse – Telemetry 2 (Tele2) | Mercy St. Louis

Overview
Join Mercy St. Louis on our Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) unit, a fast-paced, high-acuity environment designed for nurses who enjoy critical thinking and dynamic patient care. Tele2 provides care at an acuity level between stepdown and general med-tele, offering an excellent opportunity to build advanced clinical skills.
Although smaller in size, this unit mirrors the patient complexity and clinical expectations of our MPCU/CPCU units, making it ideal for nurses seeking stepdown-level experience in a more close-knit setting.
