Physician (MD/DO) – Veteran Evaluation Services- St. Louis, MO

The IMA Group is seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join our Veteran-focused evaluation team in St. Louis. This role offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise in a structured, assessment-based setting with a predictable weekday schedule and no on-call demands.

You'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for Veterans and document your clinical findings — this is not a treatment role. Physicians here do not prescribe medications or manage ongoing patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical evaluations and physical assessments for Veterans
• Review medical histories, supporting documentation, and diagnostic records
• Document exam findings using established reporting protocols
• Complete detailed medical reports per program requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to keep cases on schedule

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Experience with IMEs, occupational medicine, disability evaluations, or similar assessment work preferred
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility a plus
