What will you be doing?

Be the expert: Become an expert in sample ordering. Maintain a sample log for customer sample requests and samples sent to customers for early approval.
Support and Partner: Partner with sales to understand customer needs and assist with line planning, as needed. Work with overseas offices to coordinate sample shipping; staying abreast of any changes that will affect or delay sample delivery. Advise Sales team of changes, including material and finishing problems; and any quality issues.
Assist: Assist with preparation for shoe shows and customer presentations, including assuring that key samples, line sheets, photo logs, wallcharts are available.

College degree in Design, Development or Merchandising
Microsoft Office Products
Adobe illustrator/InDesign preferred
Experience with a PLM program a plus
CAD design a plus
