Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this salaried, exempt Registered Nurse position provides direct healthcare services and support to students in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. What You'll Do

• ❤️ Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to students in a supportive campus environment.
• Administer medications, monitor student health, and assess medical needs.
• Treat minor illnesses and injuries, perform wound care, and assist with physical examinations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
• Help ensure the Health & Wellness Center is organized, stocked, and ready to provide exceptional care.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to support student success and overall well-being.
• Educate and encourage healthy lifestyles while serving as a positive role model for students.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every student feels valued.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing health and wellness initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• At least one year of nursing experience (two or more years preferred).
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• A compassionate professional who enjoys mentoring, educating, and making a meaningful impact.
