As a Senior Administrative Assistant you’ll provide high-level administrative, executive coordination, and project support to the Vice President (VP) of Digital Strategy and Enterprise Digital function. This role enables effective leadership execution by managing complex calendars, prioritizing information flow, coordinating confidential materials, supporting meetings and communications, and proactively anticipating business needs across internal and external stakeholders.Â

Manage complex calendar coordination for the VP Digital Strategy, including prioritizing meeting requests, resolving conflicts, preparing agendas, and ensuring leadership time is aligned to business prioritiesÂ

Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, screening requests, and ensuring timely follow-up with discretion and professionalismÂ

Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and leadership sessions, including logistics, materials, communications, technology setup, catering, and post-meeting action trackingÂ

Prepare, edit, and organize executive-ready presentations, reports, correspondence, and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration toolsÂ

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase/payment requests, supplies, equipment support, and administrative processes for the functionÂ

The approximate pay range for this position is $46,000 to $76,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
