Job Description Summary

The TQC Transition Analyst is responsible for onboarding newly awarded property management assignments in assigned regions. The Analyst supports Property Management teams while providing a high level of detail and customer service. The Analyst is involved in special projects and ensures data integrity in all department tools and systems.

Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIESĀ 

MayĀ be responsible forĀ one or more of the following:Ā 

Ā 

  • Plan,Ā analyzeĀ and complete all requiredĀ tasksĀ of onboarding newly awarded property management assignments withĀ minimal guidance and/or supervision using departmentĀ toolsĀ 

  • Assist City Leads and support staff withĀ pipelineĀ toolsĀ and monitor notifications for accuracyĀ and timelinessĀ 

  • AnalyzeĀ andĀ facilitateĀ communication among Property Managers, Client Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and clients involved in the propertyĀ transitionĀ 

  • Setup new properties in applicable databases with 100%Ā accuracyĀ 

  • Execute and perform all lease administrationĀ Ā 

  • Track receipt and complete abstract of Property ManagementĀ AgreementsĀ 

  • Serve as trainer and mentor to Lease Administrator/InternsĀ 

  • Track and ensure completion of all property transitionsĀ byĀ maintainingĀ target date-drivenĀ Transition Checklists and department tools that itemize all aspects of a property transition;Ā MaintainĀ and complete all department tools.Ā 

  • Update andĀ maintainĀ property and tenant information in databases to ensureĀ accurateĀ and efficientĀ dataĀ 

  • Generate, analyze, and interpret various reports needed by the property managementĀ staffĀ 

  • Train property management staff on various software platforms and company policies andĀ proceduresĀ 

  • Attend weekly meetings to provide updates of allĀ assignedĀ transitions to the department andĀ ManagersĀ 

  • ProvideĀ recommendationsĀ and solutionsĀ to theĀ property transition process and leaseĀ dataĀ to meet the needs of the asset, client, and managerĀ 

  • MaintainĀ positive workingĀ relationships with fellow support groups, Property Management teamsĀ and City LeadsĀ 

  • EstablishĀ andĀ maintainĀ recurring market calls with City Leads and supportĀ staffĀ 

  • Collaborate with Property Managers to obtain client/tenant information,Ā analyzeĀ and interpretĀ tenantĀ leases, field questions, make recommendations,Ā establishĀ solutions, and resolveĀ issuesĀ 

  • Develop transition process improvement initiatives and create documentation ofĀ processes; Proactively provide suggestions and solutions to property transition processĀ 

  • Participate in yearly department goals to drive change and improvementĀ Ā Ā 

  • Lead and execute special projects asĀ assignedĀ

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ 

  • 3+ years of relevantĀ experienceĀ Ā 

  • Or any similar combination of education andĀ experienceĀ 

  • Experience in real estate and basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Property Management function, lease administration, and tenantĀ leases/reconciliationsĀ preferredĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, andĀ OutlookĀ 

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estateĀ terminologyĀ and documentsĀ 

  • Effective time managementĀ skillsĀ 

  • Detail oriented, organized, andĀ thoroughĀ 

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceĀ 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach toĀ workĀ 

  • Excellent oral and written communicationĀ skillsĀ

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 49,300.00 - $58,000.00
