Company Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE operates a cultivation and manufacturing facility in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

 

Position Summary/Objective

VIBE Cannabis is seeking a hands-on, experienced individual for the role of Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for prompt receiving and distribution of incoming equipment and supply shipments, safe and compliant Greenwaste processes and paperwork, and maintenance of the storage and receiving warehouse. This position will report directly to the Director of Security, as well as the Inventory & Quality Control Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight of incoming deliveries and shipments
  • Compliant disposal of cannabis and other waste
  • Monitor common areas of the facility keeping them safe and clean from construction debris, garbage and waste inside the facility, yard, and parking lots.
  • Utilize, maintain and repair power tools and mobile equipment, including a full size Fork Lift
  • Build/setup equipment delivered on an as needed basis
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean environment, and follow all site standards and health and safety rules and regulations
  • Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the management.
  • Reports damages, defects, and other issues to the Director of security or the Inventory and Quality Control Manager.
  • Assists with the operation and management of sanitation areas when needed.
  • All duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in operating a forklift preferred
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

  • Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible.
  • Must pass stringent background check requirements of Missouri.
