Wine & Spirits Merchandiser

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

 1. Become knowledgeable and educated about Lohr Products.
 2. Move case inventory from retail back rooms to retail shelves.
 3. Align items on shelves.
 4. Fill store cold boxes, build displays, dismantle displays.
 5. Keep retail backroom organized and aligned with company standards.
 6. Dispose of trash as directed in stores.
 7. Call on accounts as scheduled. Ensure each account is serviced at the highest customer service level possible.
 8. Build and maintain positive relationships with account personnel.
 9. Be willing to help sales reps and teammates with their responsibilities during high volume time periods.
 10. Be willing to assist delivery drivers when needed. 

Qualifications/Skills:  

 1. Physical health and stamina are important as there is significant lifting and moving of 20-50 lb cases.
 2. Ability to communicate on a professional level.
 3. Ability to take direction.
 4. Ability to think and react.
 5. Ability to have flexible hours for early mornings and early evenings. Primary work hours are from 6 am to 4 pm.
 6. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
 7. Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
