Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal

Training Pay, Uncapped Commissions: Average annual earnings $150k+

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with homeowners via door-to-door lead generation
• Educate and guide property owners through roof inspection and insurance claim processes
• Support regional marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, local outreach)
• Partner with senior sales reps to develop your skills in real-time
• Support families in storm-impacted neighborhoods by helping them restore and protect their homes

Training & Compensation:

• Training Pay: weekly + commissions
• Access to industry-leading tools, CRM platforms, and coaching from seasoned pros
• Full-time team members may qualify for additional benefits and career advancement

Physical Requirements:

• Candidates must be capable of carrying and managing a ladder
• Comfort with high-elevation
