Key Responsibilities:
路Direct and coordinate all plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, and quality assurance.
路聽Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
路Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
路Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement initiatives.
路Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
路Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-control measures.
路Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, HR) to align plant operations with broader organizational goals.
路Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
路Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding plant performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
路Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
路7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a plant management role.
路Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control systems.
路Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.聽
路Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make informed operational decisions.
路Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
路Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
路Starting Salary: $130,000 to $150,000; competitive leadership bonus opportunities.
