We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for "One Bread, One Cup" who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the mission of the program. In this role, you will coordinate the planning, implementation, and registration process of the program while ensuring that the many administrative details behind a national youth ministry program are carried out with accuracy and professionalism.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works in conjunction with the director to develop, coordinate, implement, report, and evaluate programs.
  • Prepares and processes information to be uploaded to the program website.
  • Oversees program promotion, registration, and resource materials, including gathering, assembling, and mailing materials.
  • Maintains records of program staff and interns.
  • Maintains an accurate database for program promotion, correspondence, registration, and evaluation of programs.
  • Preparing deposits, credit/debits, and credit card batch reports.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support for the office.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree
  • At least one year of administrative or office experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with various software applications
